WHAT IS YOUR PROMISE TO YOURSELF?
Changing who you are to become more of who you want to be
Nothing illustrates better than hearing from those who have experienced this kind of coaching first hand
Rajkumari is not just your standard executive coach. Her framework is so unique and so intense, I think it goes beyond coaching. It’s not about what work situation you’re going through, coping skills or even just what kind of career you want. It’s about who you are…all of your layers…all of your pieces and parts that you don’t even know are related. Your past, your present and your future worked through in a way that gives clarity. She has fundamentally changed the way I think, familial relationships I have and how I think about my place in this world.
Rajkumari is my forever coach. When I met her over coffee, our very first conversation unlocked for me several key decisions I needed to make. Since then, she’s worked her magic on helping me rediscover my essence, empowering me to authentically connect with others in a meaningful way at work and home.
As a two-time founder with eight years of startup experience under my belt, I want to say that working with Raj has been transformative for my growth as an executive, leader, partner, friend, and all-around human. Raj’s coaching helped me develop a personal toolkit of consciousness, resilience and connection with self that I continue to draw from even years after the completion of our coaching sessions. Leading with authenticity, learning to recognize my reactive self, and leaving behind a scarcity mindset are just a few of the changes I’ve achieved through our work. Raj is an observant, kind, and spiritual teacher that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking to grow as a leader and person.
I’m a natural skeptic. I was concerned that hiring a coach wasn’t the best use of capital, would be time intensive and soft on results. I was completely wrong. It may just be Rajkumari and her methods, but in a matter of weeks she helped create a closeness and comfortability amongst our exec team that honestly could have taken years. Now I’m not sure that we could have afforded to not bring her on. Time is scarce, markets are ever-changing, and the last thing you want holding your company back is the “people learning curve.” Rajkumari is the WD40 for the stuck gear or high performing machine. Get on her calendar before it fills up.
To say Rajkumari is a magician, is an understatement.
Through the lens of epigenetics and family dynamics, she transformed my way of perceiving myself as well as others around me. My “old” assumptions were unpacked in a very methodical way. Upon reflection, I gained clear insights on the root causes that were pulling me back. Raj became a crucial partner during this journey. I finished the sessions feeling confident, grounded, and compassionate.
Rajkumari is unlike anyone that you’ve ever met. She lives in these intersections of so many different things. So, calling Rajkumari a coach gives someone a mental model that doesn’t fit. There’s so much more to what you do as a person and what your work brings to people. I think that you’re an agent of transformation more than anything else, and it feels like any words that are more specific than that miss core important parts of who you are and how you show up.
Rajkumari helped changed the course of my life. Her coaching methods and epigenetic work are fascinating and very different from the traditional forms of executive coaching. I am so glad that I met her at this point in my life as she forced me to articulate my dreams and approach my fears fiercely. Rajkumari tries to understand your whole self and the summary of your upbringing as a way to tailor an approach that is designed to help you fulfill your own destiny. She had me crying, laughing and reflective in a way that never felt disingenuous or uncomfortable.
Rajkumari was immensely helpful in guiding dysfunction out of the organization. She became a crucial sounding board to me and the entire senior management team, a friend, and an incredible coach. Her process unearths hidden biases and opportunities for growth and she helps you address them. She approaches each person with the same process, but recognizes the uniqueness of each personality and molds the program to the individual. I left the process personally and professionally more positive, confident, and energized. Most importantly, Rajkumari knows that at the end of the day, you do this work to drive business results and she reinforces that understanding throughout the process and her guidance. I’ll invite Rajkumari into every future organization I lead.

Mid-30s Asian male, co-founder. Company growing at a steady slow state, but trouble with clients both renewing and converting new sales. When exploring the epigenetic map, we start with the father side initially as co-founder is first born child and seek what possible unmet needs are present. What we quickly found is that the co-founder’s grandfather was a bully toward the co-founder’s father all throughout the father’s childhood. This led to the co-founder’s father being incredibly transactional and distant with the co-founder, both as he was growing up and later in adulthood.. An immediate reflection of this pattern was playing out with the co-founder’s current and potential clients.
Repair: As in most cases, we needed to reset the co-founder’s relationship with both his father and mother for different reasons as unique unmet needs presented from each parent. With each session, we slowly replaced the cortisol thought-patternings with more of the feel good neuro-chemical mindset. This resulted in the co-founder being able to establish more foundational levels of trust, respect and warmth with his client relationships. Which results in a hugely accelerated growth cycle that the co-founder had to hire multiple contractors to meet the demands from both current and new clients.
Every coaching session is about shifting from a cortisol, stress-dependant thought-patterning mindset into a parasympathetic, or engaged state, thought-patterning mindset, which leads to higher-functioning and higher performance. In this case, we also addressed addictive foods, like caffeine and alcohol and replaced them with other substances such as chlorophyll and adrenal tinctures.
